Peter Mojarras is the Chief of Operations for Castle Family Health Centers, Inc. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration from California State University Fresno in 1993. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a Counseling Credential. He has completed coursework for a Master’s Degree in Public Health.
Mojarras has 22 years of experience as a Chief Operations Officer. He served as the Ambulatory Care Manager for a local hospital. Prior to this, he was a staff analyst manager for the Fresno County Public Health Department.
Dawnita Castle is the Chief Financial Officer for Castle Family Health Centers, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the overall financial management, which includes accounting, audit and compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Dawnita began her career with Castle Family Health Centers in 2003 as the Senior Accountant and worked directly with the Chief Financial Officer, where she was responsible for overseeing the operations of the accounting department.
Dawnita attended Merced College where she completed courses in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting and Government Accounting. She graduated in 2013 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
Born at the Bloss Memorial Hospital and alumni of Atwater High School, she is committed to her hometown community. Her career goals include returning to her community to work in the healthcare industry.
Sabrina Cooksey has been with Castle Family Health Centers for over 19 years, developing with the organization from its early days as Bloss Memorial Healthcare Dist. She is responsible for all human resources functions including benefits, classification, compensation, employer relation, recruitment and staffing.
Sabrina was named Director of Human Resources of CFHC in 1998. Prior to 1998, she was the Human Resources Asst. for CFHC She transformed the department into a productive and personable department. This includes the implementation of an employee recognition program, competitive benefit package and assited with the upgrade of the payroll technology.
Cooksey has had a wide variety of specific training in the field of human resources. She is currently continuing her education with California Coast University and is majoring in Business administration.
Sabrina has the ability to identify organizational concerns and provides a proactive approach for intervention and/or change.
Sabrina’s principal role is to provide services that facilitate efficient and effective recruitment, development and retention of well-qualified employees. Sabrina supports CFHC overall mission of providing high-quality health care delivery to our patients.
With a vast background in Human Resources, a strong professional approach to her delivery of services, as well as the ability to handle issues under pressure, Sabrina endeavors to meet the challenges of an ever changing organization.
Sabrina Cooksey is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the California Chamber of Commerce.
